Ingredients:
- 2 pounds sirloin, cut into four 1 1/2-inch slices
- Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 1/4 teaspoons salt
- Chimichurri
- 4 metal skewers
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill on a high heat for 5 minutes. Oil up the grates and curl the steaks, pushing them through the skewers.
- Season each steak slice with salt and pepper and grill for 4 to 6 minutes before rotating. Do the same with the other side.
- Once thoroughly cooked, allow the steak to cool on a chopping board for 10 minutes. Serve with the chimichurri sauce.
