Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup vanilla powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup vanilla frosting
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking tray with cooking spray and place butter and sugars into a large bowl. Beat until fluffy and then add the egg and beat further. Once mixed in, add the vanilla, flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Mix until combined.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles into the bowl and mix well. Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on the baking tray in an even layer. Add more sprinkles and chocolate chips and bake until golden, for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before placing the cake on a tray.
- Pipe the frosting around the edges of the cake with large star tips. Slice into wedges and serve.
